A room block for the 2025 Nashville Discovery Ball is available for guests to start making reservations! Please refer to the instructions below to reserve a room for you or your guests.

Call-in:

• The direct number for in-house reservations is 615-610-6995.
• Please call Monday – Friday 9:00am – 7:00 pm, or Saturday/Sunday 9:00 am – 6:00pm (Central Standard Time).
• Guests should specify they are calling in for “2025 Nashville Discovery Ball Room Block” to receive the discounted rates.
• For reservation requests for pre or post nights, or upgraded room categories, guests should be advised to call the reservations number above.
• Once the contracted rooms are confirmed, our reservation agents will offer the best available rates at the time of reservation to call in guests.
